Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, the Assistant General Manager / Assistant Kitchen Manager (AGM/AKM) will be an integral part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who is on the cusp of a flourishing career, equipped with experience in kitchens that boast in-house bakeries, butchers, and house-made sauces. This hands-on position encompasses various responsibilities, including training, management, and active collaboration with both the back-of-house and front-of-house teams. Additionally, there is a unique opportunity to mentor a Kitchen Manager by immersing them in front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities:
- Completion of a comprehensive 1-month in-house training program, encompassing mastery of all positions ranging from dishwashing and line cooking to bartending and management.
- Embrace a hands-on approach, readily stepping in and assisting wherever the need arises.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational excellence, create extraordinary customer experiences, and uphold the commitment to scratch-made principles.
- Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to elevate offerings and service standards.

Perks and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 with the potential for a 10% bonus.
