About the job Integrated Media Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integrated Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media campaigns across various channels, both traditional and digital. This role requires a strong understanding of media planning, buying, and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated media strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience
- Master industry and company proprietary tools to be able develop full analysis and be able to identify optimal channels and audience segments recommended to clients.
- Close coordination with trading team across various platforms to ensure placements are optimal and KPIs are met.
- Digital: Search, Social Media, Display, Video, Programmatic
- Traditional: TV, Radio, OOH and Print.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, PR, trading, data, digital) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Regular coordination with Finance to ensure placements are aligned with the invoices being billed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage media budgets and track ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a focus on integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media metrics and analytics
- Proficiency in media planning and buying tools/platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Accountable and responsible in both external and internal deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific industry or media channels (e.g., healthcare, finance, B2B)
- Certifications in media planning or digital marketing
