Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts and build out the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead magnets, AI-driven marketing practices, graphic design, branding, and a passion for driving brand awareness and business growth. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

  • Team Leadership and Department Development:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.

    • Establish departmental processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  • Lead Magnet Development:
    • Design and implement effective lead magnets to attract and convert prospects.

    • Analyze performance metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • AI-Driven Marketing Practices:
    • Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.

    • Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and assess their potential application in marketing strategies.

    • Experience working with Clay.io much preferred

  • Graphic Design and Branding:
    • Oversee the creation of visually compelling graphics and design elements that align with the company's brand identity.

    • Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

    • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management across all social platforms.

  • Content Creation and Visual Enhancement:
    • Supervise the production of high-quality content, including video editing and graphic design, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals that enhance marketing efforts.

  • Google/Linkedin Ads and SEO Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

    • Linkedin Advert experience

  • Website and Email Marketing Oversight:
    • Design and implement a high-impact, user-focused website for a SaaS product, emphasizing branding and lead generation

    • Manage website content and functionality, ensuring an optimal user experience.

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

    • Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Outbound Marketing:
    • What is an effective outbound marketing strategy

    • What software/CRM would you use

    • What multiple-channel approach and different software would you recommend

    • What would you automate to improve efficiency

    • What other key areas to consider

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading marketing teams.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and analytics software.

  • Experience with lead magnet development, AI-driven marketing practices, graphic design, and branding.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses and driving growth.
