QUALIFICATIONS

Educational and Experience

  • Education: Masters degree in Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful leadership in a diverse educational setting, with experience serving as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or in a comparable executive leadership role.
  • Certification: Ability to attain Arkansas Superintendent licensure within 60 days of hire.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The Superintendent of Schools for Russellville School District will receive a highly competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is highly competitive, reflecting the significant responsibilities and leadership required for this role.

In addition to base salary, the following benefits will be provided:
