Job Title: Commercial Project Coordinator
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base + Company provided phone
Responsibilities: As a Commercial Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our interiors general contracting team, playing a key role in the estimating department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and understanding project plans.
- Building a comprehensive trades list based on project requirements.
- Inputting project details into a Mielo sheet, including information on subcontractors to be used.
- Distributing project details to the relevant stakeholders and coordinating communication.
- Assisting in calling subcontractors, scoping out project details, and gathering necessary information.
- Serving as a self-starter with minimal need for guidance.
- Providing estimate support in a hybrid role and assisting the Project Manager (PM) as required.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and interpret project specifications.
- Proven experience in project coordination, experience in estimating preferred but not required.
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
