What You'll Do:

1. Get the Dirt Moving: Plan and execute excavation and sitework projects like a pro. That means everything from digging to grading to installing utilities you name it, you'll handle it.
2. Lead the Crew: Be the captain of your ship! You'll lead our field crews, making sure everyone's on the same page and working safely and efficiently.
3. Keep Everyone in the Loop: Communication is key, right? You'll be the go-to person for clients, engineers, and everyone else involved in the project. Keep them updated and tackle any issues that pop up along the way.
4. Safety First: We take safety seriously. You'll make sure our worksites are up to code and that everyone goes home in one piece at the end of the day.
5. Quality Control: We're all about quality here. You'll keep an eye on the details, making sure our work meets the highest standards and blows our clients away.

What You Need:

• Experience Matters: You've got at least 5 years under your belt in excavation and sitework, and you know your stuff when it comes to managing projects.
• Know the Lay of the Land: You're familiar with Central Texas soil and regulations you know what it takes to get the job done right in our neck of the woods.
• People Skills: You're a natural leader and a great communicator. You know how to motivate your team and keep everyone on track.
• Safety First: Safety isn't just a buzzword for you it's a way of life. Bonus points if you've got OSHA certification.
