Position: Operations Manager
National Remit - Remote Working - Head Office in London
Salary £ Excellent + Car Allowance

Our client, a dynamic and growing out-of-home advertising organisation is recruiting for an Operations to work on a National Remit, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a company that is growing exponentially, creating masses of opportunities.
Main responsibilities: To deliver projects on time and within budget
Functions
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
 - Resolve critical incidents impacting on campaign delivery
 - Update team on new products and keep inventory updated
 - Lead and deliver projects and campaigns within the Operations department
 - Manage the operational team
 - Facilitate development projects within our Classic and dynamic estate
 - Lead the continuous improvements within the operations team both financially and operationally
 - Continually review the operational process and deliver best practice
 - Research, acquire, and implement new initiatives, technology, and software
 - Escalation point for critical operational incidents impacting on campaign delivery
 - Coordinate the cross-functional team to deliver special projects and use of technology.
 - Survey new opportunities and visit Shopping centres to review and monitor current inventory
 - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Shopping centre contacts
 - Monitor use of our CRM within the department and continually improve functionality across the business
 - Manage technology partners and our dynamic estate
 - Continually review supplier and installation costs to ensure best price
 - Work closely with the Commercial team and report weekly to Co-Managing Director
 - Assist with research on new technology and other requests from sales team

- Operational and campaign delivery knowledge and experience
 - Industry knowledge and experience
 - Highly motivated with strong communication skills
 - Strong negotiation skills
 - Knowledge of CRM systems
 - Working under pressure to achieve goals
 - Reporting to a senior level
 - Digital Project facilitation and maintenance experience
 - Problem-solving skills
