Job Description:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Residential Quantity Surveyor to oversee and manage the cost aspects of our High Quality residential construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for residential projects.
2. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
3. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate project cost control.
4. Conducting risk assessments and value management to optimize project costs.
5. Managing and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors.
6. Negotiating and agreeing on contracts and variations.
7. Evaluating and managing project cash flows.
8. Conducting cost analysis and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
2. Professional membership with [relevant industry association].
3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
4. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools.
