My Freight Brokerage Client is looking for a Dynamic & High-Performing new business Business Development Representative, specializing in Domestic FTL, LTL, Flatbed sales, to join their growing & exciting team in the US.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with generating and prospecting new leads, actively hunting and winning business from new customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prospecting and proactively pursuing new business opportunities within the target market.
- Booking and conducting meetings with new customers via F2F, Teams/Zoom.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Keep on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Essential Experience Required:
- Self-motivated & Strong communication skills
- Results orientated with the ability to meet & exceed sales targets
- "Hunter" mentality
