Nation-Wide Remit - Remote - Travel to London office once a week
Salary/Package - £55K p.a., Bonus, car allowance, EMI scheme and 25 Days holiday plus birthday.
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager working for a dynamic out-of-home advertising organisation at the heart of the operation. The successful candidate will work remotely from anywhere in the UK but will travel to the London office once a week.
Works with commercial team, operations team, finance team and Sales.
External Relationships: Property Groups, Shopping Centres, Asset Management businesses, Commercialisation teams and legal teams.
Function: To develop the commercial estate in line with our growth strategy. Grow and nurture strong relationships with all external relationships to help deliver the business plan. Focusing on developing the correct product in the right location within the agreed commercial parameters, in terms of profitability and agreed margins.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with all Shopping Centres, Retail and Lifestyle destinations, and Shopping Centre owners. Commercial teams and Asset Managers.
- Pitch and secure new products and new media contracts in line with the agreed growth strategy.
- Devise and agree on new commercial and legal terms, alongside P&Ls and budgets.
- Devise pitches and tenders as and when required.
- Manage all existing contracts and contract renewals.
- Assist Co-Md with commercial relationships and new business.
- Business and campaign analysis, including margins and site analysis.
- MGR Management and reporting both internally and externally.
- Devise, collate and distribute revenue statements for our external partners, quarterly and annually.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Continued Annual and Biannual visits to all centres within our portfolio.
Job Characteristics and Skills:
