**Position:** Multifamily Lead Superintendent

**Location:** Austin, Texas

**Job Description:**

As a Multifamily Lead Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a minimum of 5 completed projects in Texas, demonstrating your expertise and ability to deliver high-quality results.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and supervise all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement strategies for project success.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 completed multifamily construction projects in Texas from start to finish.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
