**Job Description:**
As an Assistant Superintendent specializing in multifamily projects, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of construction activities for a high-profile developer in their busiest market. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a local candidate with a strong background in construction to advance their career in a dynamic and growing company.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage specific subcontractors and trades involved in multifamily projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Coordinate construction activities, working closely with project superintendent and subcontractors to schedule and manage all aspects of the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement strategies for optimizing workflow and achieving project goals.
- Provide leadership and support to field personnel, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials related to multifamily construction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee and manage specific subcontractors and trades effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
