Job brief

We are currently seeking an HR Trainer responsible for conducting training needs analyses, designing and implementing customized training programs, and leading sessions on various HR-related topics.

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training needs within the organization.
  • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Facilitation: Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
  • Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR training or a similar role
  • Familiarity with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS) 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and motivate employees. 
  • Organizational Skills: Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
