We're a mama-led company (with dads, aspiring parents, and kid-at-hearts on board too!) on a mission to make parenting easier. Think content, commerce, and community wrapped up in one supportive space. We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for brands and partners to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sessions across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber).
- Create and curate engaging and educational content, including text, image, and video posts, and monitor user engagement plus reach.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and acquisition team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for social media content in line with the brand/partners goal.
- Analyze social media insights and ad performance to guide future content creation and campaign strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns which also includes boosting content.
Support the team in various marketing projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience creating mom-focused content or engaging with mom-centric communities is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Center, Ads Manager, Later) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut) is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Makati
