What You'll Do

• Lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets

• Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules

• Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to

• Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to head office

What We're Looking For

• At least graduate with a college degree
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets

• Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel

• Supervisory experience in a leading retail store is essential
