We're a mama-led company (with dads, aspiring parents, and kid-at-hearts on board too!) on a mission to make parenting easier. Think content, commerce, and community wrapped up in one supportive space. We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the brands mission, values, and business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (digital, retail, and experiential).
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns & Activation
- Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Lead product launch strategies, promotional events, and Expos to drive engagement and sales.
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, parenting communities, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen brand advocacy.
- Product Development & Consumer Research
- Collaborate with product development teams to ideate, design, and refine products based on customer insights and market trends.
- Conduct consumer research, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis, to inform product features and innovation.
- Analyze product performance data and recommend enhancements to meet evolving consumer needs.
- Customer Insights & Analytics
- Leverage consumer insights and analytics to refine marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
- Track and analyze key brand metrics (e.g., sales, brand awareness, customer engagement, and sentiment) to measure the success of campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product development, category management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
- Partner with retail and distribution channels to optimize in-store branding and shopper experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with external agencies and vendors for events, shoots, PR, etc.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or consumer insights, preferably within the baby/parenting, beauty, consumer goods, or D2C industries.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey mapping, and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and innovation.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
