We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!

What You'll Do

  • Brand Strategy & Management
    • Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the brands mission, values, and business objectives.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (digital, retail, and experiential).
    • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Activation
    • Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
    • Lead product launch strategies, promotional events, and Expos to drive engagement and sales.
    • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, parenting communities, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Product Development & Consumer Research
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ideate, design, and refine products based on customer insights and market trends.
    • Conduct consumer research, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback analysis, to inform product features and innovation.
    • Analyze product performance data and recommend enhancements to meet evolving consumer needs.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics
    • Leverage consumer insights and analytics to refine marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
    • Track and analyze key brand metrics (e.g., sales, brand awareness, customer engagement, and sentiment) to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product development, category management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business goals.
    • Partner with retail and distribution channels to optimize in-store branding and shopper experience.
    • Build and nurture relationships with external agencies and vendors for events, shoots, PR, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or consumer insights, preferably within the baby/parenting, beauty, consumer goods, or D2C industries.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey mapping, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and innovation.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
