Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams across the company to understand their data requirements and develop solutions that allow them to make data-backed decisions.
• Identify key metrics, conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis, create executive facing dashboards and build business cases that drive decision making and business prioritization.
• Build data models in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management.
• Create processes and controls to monitor data quality, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it including maintenance of documentations and best practice assets.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of consulting or analytics delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  
• Impeccable attention to detail.
  
• Problem-solving aptitude.
  
• A master's or bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer engineering, or a related analytics field.
  
• Required skills: Python, SQL, Statistics, Big Data
• Experience in the E-commerce or product-based organization is preferred.
