What You'll Do
We’re seeking a creative and strategic PR & KOL Associate to drive impactful partnerships with influencers and grow the edamama brand. You’ll manage collaborations, execute product seeding campaigns, and engage our edamama Circle community while optimizing campaign reach, engagement, and costs.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers from nano to mega influencers who are aligned with edamama, to fully support the brand at large including but not limited to all its campaigns, Expos, offline stores, private label and exclusives, and all related projects.
- Negotiate terms, expectations, and fees with influencers for paid collaborations and x deals.
- Execute monthly product seeding campaigns for edamama, private label brands, edamama plus, and merchants thru business solutions.
- Propose fresh ideas and strategies to amplify influencer activations and achieve metrics set in terms of reach, and engagement and subsequently drive down cost per views, cost per sessions, and support other cost optimizations.
- Create content briefs and guidelines to ensure materials are aligned with brand's messaging and image
- Manage communication with influencers throughout the campaign, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Own the growth, recruitment, and engagement of edamama circle, and sustain good relationships with them.
- Manage Facebook Group and assist with the concerns of circle mamas, including order fulfillment in coordination with CS
- Create a calendar of activities and incentive programs to actively engage circle mamas.
Create post-mortem campaign and event reports.
- Share ownership of SWS, Brand Days/Launches & other influencer-related activations with teammates
- Monitor competitor activity in relation to influencer-related campaigns and provide actionable insights and defense plan as needed.
- Assist in the launch of the Affiliate Marketing Program (both owned and Tiktok) and monitor the performance accordingly. Strategize on ways to recruit affiliates and increase sales.
- Assist in any events related to press or influencers including expos, product launches, store openings, and the like
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and achieving desired results (reach, engagement, etc.)
Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively negotiate contracts, create compelling content briefs, and manage communication with influencers and internal teams.
- Strong relationship building abilities to identify, build rapport with, and manage diverse influencer partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and creativity to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and propose new ideas to amplify brand messaging and achieve campaign goals.
- Expert negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and fees for influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, content briefs, and campaign execution.
- Superior time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Teamwork mentality to collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) and external partners (influencers, agencies).
