What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager Lead to manage and deliver campaigns and events from inception to execution. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely facilitation of payments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities to drive project success.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and agency partners to align on project deliverables and deadlines.
- Negotiate fees and contracts with stakeholders, including influencers and suppliers, to secure favorable terms.
- Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to create content guides and manage influencer relations.
- Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and oversee events from concept to execution, ensuring all components meet project goals.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution for seamless event delivery.
- Apply for and secure permits (e.g., DTI permits) in compliance with local regulations.
- Payment Facilitation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to suppliers, vendors, and influencers.
- Maintain clear records of transactions and liaise with the finance team for efficient payment workflows.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Provide regular updates on budget utilization and recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of activations, including influencer posts and event outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current campaign workflows and identify opportunities to optimize for future projects.
- Recommend innovative practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, event coordination, or related fields.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Budget management expertise and financial oversight experience.
- Analytical thinking with proficiency in deriving insights from data.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Proficient in project management tools and platforms.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
