About the job Social Media Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for brands and partners to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sessions across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber).
  • Create and curate engaging and educational content, including text, image, and video posts, and monitor user engagement plus reach.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and acquisition team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for social media content in line with the brand/partners goal.
  • Analyze social media insights and ad performance to guide future content creation and campaign strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and developments in social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns which also includes boosting content.
  • Support the team in various marketing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Center, Ads Manager, Later) is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut) is an advantage.
