What You'll Do
As a Senior Associate - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition), you will play a key role in identifying and bringing top talent into edamama. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, source qualified candidates, and guide them through a seamless and engaging hiring experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven company through strategic hiring.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles from sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview structures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and headhunting using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and others.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely feedback,clear communication, and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.
- Support employer branding efforts through career fairs, online content, and social media engagement to attract top talent.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market insights to provide strategic input to HR and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting for a wide range of roles, including tech, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
- A proactive, resourceful, and growth-driven mindset.
