We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Marketplace & Retailer Support
- Assist in the daily operations of sales channels, including product specifications and listings, promotions, and customer service coordination.
- Provide operational support to address online marketplace and offline retailer concerns, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and promotional setups.
- Assist in onboarding of the brand in new marketplaces or retailers, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Product Development and Operations Coordination
- Collaborate with relevant departments to compile and submit required paperwork for applications, certifications, customs, retailer and marketplace requirements.
- Support the team with international supplier relations, including order placement and payment processing.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders for cross-border shipments, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure inventory is updated and properly managed.
- Address any delays or issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between product development, marketing, and sales teams to align operational needs with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with channel managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and retail partners.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of team documentation, including regulatory files, purchase orders, and project timelines.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or operations, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and retail operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
