We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
- Assist in executing strong, creative and disruptive marketing 360 plans aligned to driving business goals.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive foot traffic and sales to the company's physical retail stores, maximizing the capabilities of edamamas internal ecosystem.
- Support in managing all offline marketing touchpoints, including, but not limited to in-mall print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as:
- Mall marketing teams to drive share of mind in the doors where were present.
- Omnichannel Merchandising Team to drive cohesive marketing campaigns on category pushes.
- Omnichannel Sales Team to ensure that activations align with commercial goals.
- Interdepartmental Synergies to fully use edamamas capacities and potential integrations.
- Implement the Omnichannel Marketing Calendar to sync up campaigns and maximize returns.
- Create launch plans to constantly drive newness and novelty within our stores (brand highlights, merchant launches, CRM events, etc).
- Support in any logistical and administrative work related to collaterals production, visual merchandising, events, etc.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Create weekly reports as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Has atleast 1 year of proven experience in marketing or advertising roles, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Makati
