By submitting an application to EyeCarePro and its affiliated companies ("the Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Accuracy of Information
- The information provided in your application, resume/CV, supporting documents, and throughout the recruitment process is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Any false, misleading, or omitted information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of employment if discovered after hire.
- Collection and Use of Personal Information
You acknowledge and consent to EyeCarePro collecting, storing, reviewing, and processing your personal information for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, compliance, and other employment-related purposes.
Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your contact information, employment history, education, qualifications, references, assessment results, and application materials.
You would need to bring in cross-border transfer here and that the candidate acknowledges that their information will be shared and stored cross border i.e. in the US, Canada and SA etc.
- Access to Information
Your information may be accessed by authorized Human Resources personnel, hiring managers, interview panel members, and trusted third-party service providers who support the recruitment process.
Include a right to withdraw, if the candidate wishes to withdraw from the process and have their information removed from the system we must provide them with such opportunity and mechanism i.e. an email to hr@eyecarepro.net
- Application Retention
EyeCarePro shall retain your application and related information for consideration for current and future employment opportunities, subject to business needs and applicable legal requirements.
- Verification and Assessments
EyeCarePro shall conduct reference checks, employment verification, education verification, skills assessments, and other lawful screening activities relevant to the position for which you have applied.
- Technology-Assisted Recruitment
EyeCarePro makes use of technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support administrative and recruitment processes. Final hiring decisions are made by authorized Company representatives.
- No Guarantee of Employment
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, or employment with EyeCarePro.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws
EyeCarePro processes applicant information in accordance with applicable privacy, employment, and data protection laws relevant to the jurisdictions in which it operates and recruits.
- Applicant Consent
