About the Role

As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will own the strategic direction for a portfolio of complex, white-glove client engagements. You will operate as a high-level advisor to business owners, leveraging data and AI to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, strategy, or agency leadership roles.

• Background: Ideally coming from a Director-level position, a boutique agency owner, or an independent contractor with direct client-facing expertise.

• Leadership: Strong executive presence and the ability to influence leadership teams.
