About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing product listings, and maintaining the overall functionality of our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, and images across the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Platform Management:
- Ensure the e-commerce site is functioning correctly, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with technical teams for resolutions.
- Optimize the user experience by maintaining site navigation, search functionality, and overall usability.
- Order Processing:
- Manage the order lifecycle, including processing, fulfillment coordination, and monitoring shipping and delivery statuses.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve site performance and implement optimizations.
- Promotions & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and special offers on the platform.
- Ensure the website reflects current campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure the platform complies with relevant data protection and e-commerce regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and familiarity with CMS tools.
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
