We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:

Execution of SEO Strategies:

  • Implement SEO strategies outlined by the SEO Strategist, including on-page optimization, technical SEO fixes, content optimization, and link-building activities.

  • Ensure all SEO efforts align with the goals and objectives set by the SEO Strategist and the client.


On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements according to the guidance of the SEO Strategist.

  • Conduct keyword mapping and ensure proper keyword usage throughout the website.

  • Create HTML markup, schema markup, and structured data to enhance search engine understanding of website content.


Technical SEO Implementation:

  • Execute technical SEO recommendations, such as improving site speed, fixing crawl errors, optimizing site architecture, and implementing structured data markup.

  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and enhancements on the website.


Link Building:

  • Execute link-building strategies, including outreach to relevant websites, guest blogging, and participation in industry directories.

  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to identify opportunities for high-quality backlinks and disavow toxic links.


Competition Analysis:

  • Compile data and information on competitors' websites and SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the client's SEO performance.


Keyword Research and Analysis:

  • Assist in keyword research by identifying new opportunities, analyzing search trends, and evaluating keyword competitiveness.

  • Suggest adjustments to keyword targeting based on ongoing analysis and performance data.


Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Compile data and prepare reports to track progress against KPIs and provide insights for optimization.

  • Provide reports for SEO Strategists and Client Strategists/Marketing Managers when requested.


Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices through self-learning, training sessions, and industry publications.

  • Attend webinars and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in SEO and digital marketing.


Off-Page Optimization:

  • Create, claim, and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to maintain updated information and content.

  • Manage updates to off-page listings like Yelp, GBP, Bing, and Apple Maps for consistent and accurate client information.

  • Develop post calendars for scheduled posts on GBPs.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

  • Must be able to work EST hours.


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
