Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advocacy: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as their champion and advocating for their best interests. Maintain open communication channels, ensuring they are informed on strategic plans, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Bridge the gap between clients and product managers. Foster a collaborative and productive environment by ensuring alignment on goals, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data from diverse sources to extract valuable insights. Utilize these insights to refine strategies, establish new goals, and optimize client success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a cognate field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in account service or client project management.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of demonstrably linking strategic goals to positive ROI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated passion for staying abreast of current trends within the vision industry. Possess a strong understanding of potentially complex topics relevant to B2B clients.
