Position Overview
Title: Senior Client Strategy Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday
As a Senior Client Strategy Specialist, you will lead the creation, management, and optimization of data-driven strategies that align with client and business objectives. Your role will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and achieving measurable outcomes like retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth and Innovation: Identify opportunities for new services or channels within client accounts, driving growth and enhancing success.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports and roadmaps, connecting results to business objectives and providing actionable insights.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and superior client satisfaction.

Qualifications
