Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:

• Operational Efficiency:
  Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across both brands to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
• Budget & Financial Management:
  Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Strategic Growth:
  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth.
• Market Analysis:
  Stay ahead of market trends, analyze customer feedback, and assess competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Culture Building:

• Performance Reporting:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in e-commerce or retail management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively adapt to change.
