We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our Fintech SaaS solutions.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to create impactful experiences that balance business goals, technical requirements, and user needs. What we're looking for:

• Experience: Professional experience in UX/UI design
• Tooling: Mastery of Figma and experience maintaining/expanding design libraries is a must.
• Collaboration: You know how to work side-by-side with Project Managers, Developers, and QA. You can explain your design logic clearly and work together to find the best solutions when technical constraints arise.
• Stakeholder Management: Confident presentation skills. You can articulate design decisions and "sell" your solutions to stakeholders.
• Versatility: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong advantage. We occasionally need help with branding, logo creation, and print materials.
• Mentorship & Leadership: A true team player who is comfortable working alongside other designers. You are willing to mentor junior/mid-level team members, oversee their tasks, and ensure high-quality output across the board.
• Proactive & Approachable: You possess a proactive mindset, identifying potential challenges before they arise and proposing strategic solutions. As an approachable collaborator, you are easy to talk to and excel at building positive, productive relationships across all departments.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for our international and external collaboration.
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Growth Mindset: You are open to constructive feedback and believe that iteration is the key to a great product.

What you will do:

• Fintech Innovation: Design complex UI flows for our Fintech SaaS products, turning complex business requirements into clean, functional interfaces.
• Design System Management: Take ownership of and actively maintain our MUI Design System in Figma, ensuring all components, styles, and documentation are up-to-date, scalable, and easy for the engineering team to use.
• User Research: Step away from the screen to conduct in-person surveys with our operations team, gathering the raw insights needed to build better tools.
• User Journeys: Map out complex user flows and transform them into seamless, user-centered experiences.
• Product Evolution: Support and iterate on existing designs, ensuring that new functionalities integrate perfectly with our current ecosystem.
• Brand Ownership: Act as the guardian of our visual identity, creating logos and brand assets on demand to support marketing and internal needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work daily with PMs, QAs, and Front-End Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs.
• Strategic Input: Proactively present new ideas and innovative solutions to the leadership team to drive the product forward.
