You can choose your Monday-Friday shift between 8a.m. 5:30p.m.
What youll be doing:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone and email to our international clients
- Assisting customers with account queries and guiding them through the process
- Handling account updates in our receivables management system
- Preparing payment plans, postponement agreements, and processing settlement offers
- Ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and customer-focused
Youre a great fit if you:
- Are fluent in German and English
- Have a basic understanding of finance and account management
- Are comfortable with phone communication and enjoy helping people
- Know your way around a computer (great digital literacy is a must)
- Work with precision
- Are organized, proactive, and always bring a positive attitude
- Love being part of a team, but can also manage tasks independently
