You can choose your Monday-Friday shift between 8a.m. 5:30p.m.


What youll be doing:

• Providing top-notch customer support via phone and email to our international clients
• Assisting customers with account queries and guiding them through the process
• Handling account updates in our receivables management system
• Preparing payment plans, postponement agreements, and processing settlement offers
• Ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and customer-focused

Youre a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in German and English
• Have a basic understanding of finance and account management
• Are comfortable with phone communication and enjoy helping people
• Know your way around a computer (great digital literacy is a must)
• Work with precision
• Are organized, proactive, and always bring a positive attitude
• Love being part of a team, but can also manage tasks independently
