We are looking for an Executive Partner who will act as the right hand to our Managing Director, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for anticipating needs before they arise, we want to hear from you!


Well expect from you to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and meetings, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively bring together appropriate resources to support their activities.


What were looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German or Greek will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create engaging and professional presentations.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
