Were looking for a QA Engineer to strengthen our quality practices as we develop a modern invoice-to-cash platform. You'll work across the full development life cycle, testing both web applications and APIs, and ensuring reliable, high-quality releases. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow in test automation and contribute to scaling our QA processes.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and support engineers to clarify requirements and reproduce issues (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases in TestRail across web applications, APIs, and backend services
  • Run manual tests to validate new features, confirm bug fixes, and ensure release readiness with smoke and regression packs
  • Log and track defects clearly, documenting steps, expected vs actual results, and working with the team to resolve them
  • Document test results, defects, and QA reports in a clear and structured manner
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability, quality risks, and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to test automation using Playwright (training and mentoring provided if needed)
  • Collaborate with Support Engineers to reproduce customer issues and validate fixes

What Were Looking For

  • 1-3 years of QA experience testing web apps or APIs
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for database checks
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Familiarity with at least one automation tool (Playwright is a plus; Cypress/Selenium or similar also fine)
  • Clear communication and strong attention to detail when documenting test cases and defects


Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or invoicing platforms
  • Exposure to performance or load testing tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
