As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated People Solutions Specialist to support our daily office operations, employee experience initiatives, and HR administration activities. This role is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR journey who is eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally within the field of Human Resources.

What you will be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day HR administration activities and onboarding processes
- Assisting with employee documentation and maintaining HR records
- Coordinating office operations and ensuring a pleasant working environment
- Ordering office supplies and managing relationships with external vendors
- Organizing company events, team buildings, internal initiatives, and celebrations
- Assisting with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and office logistics
- Supporting internal communication and employee engagement activities
- Helping maintain company organizational charts and internal information
- Providing administrative support to management and different departments when needed
- Participating in various HR and office-related projects
What we are looking for:
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and People Operations
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administration, HR, office management or degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered an advantage
