This position is designed for experts who are good with numbers and understand the corporate culture of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As a Client Success Specialist, you will help fast-growing "unicorn" startups and innovative tech companies use our digital tools to succeed.

Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Building: Manage the entire onboarding process for new clients, including designing smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) ad plans customized for many different industries.
  • Expert Advice: Look closely at what each client needs to succeed, then give them custom digital solutions to help them reach their major sales goals.
  • Running Campaigns: Launch and oversee high-impact ad campaigns meant to help companies enter new markets quickly and grow steadily over time.
  • Increasing Revenue: Help grow the business by finding new opportunities for clients to invest, using data to prove their investment is making money.
  • Client Retention: Build strong relationships to ensure clients stay with us, becoming a vital partner they can't live without as they grow their digital business.
  • Staying Organized: Keep very careful, perfect notes in our CRM system regarding every meeting and account update.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Perfect written and spoken German and English (C2 level). This is required to handle difficult business talks and work smoothly with teams in different countries.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Having a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a major plus.
  • Tech & AI Skills: A modern mindset with the ability to use AI tools to make your daily work faster and better for your clients.
  • Clear Speaking: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to take complicated tech ideas and explain them simply so company bosses can take action.
  • German Market Expert: A deep understanding of how business works in Germany, including corporate meeting etiquette and strict privacy laws (GDPR).
