Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Polish-speaking customers via phone and chat, maintaining the highest standards of etiquette.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware connectivity, software updates, and cloud-based services.
- Account Security: Assist users with sensitive data inquiries, password resets, and subscription management while strictly following security protocols.
- Customer Education: Empathetically educate users on how to get the most out of their products, tailoring your language to their technical level.
- System Management: Log all interactions accurately in our global database to ensure continuity of service.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level Polish is essential. You must also be fluent in English (B2 minimum) to navigate training, software, and internal updates.
- Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where software and policies evolve quickly.
- Communication: You have a "service-first" mindset. You can take complex technical jargon and turn it into simple, actionable advice.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a natural curiosity for consumer electronics and a desire to learn the "ins and outs" of a sophisticated OS.
- Experience: While prior experience is great to have, we prioritize your attitude and communication skills. If you are a quick learner, we will teach you the rest.
Mandatory Requirements
- Location: You must be a legal resident of Portugal (with a valid NIF, Social Security, and Residence Permit/Cartão de Cidadão).
- Workspace: A private, quiet area to work from home with a stable, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
