German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

THE JOB: WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will act as a senior advisor and a tech expert. Your goal is to turn complicated ad technology into real, lasting success for your clients.

• Setting Up Accounts: You will manage the entire process of bringing on new clients. You'll build smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) ad plans that are made specifically for different types of businesses.
• Consulting: You will study what each client needs and provide custom digital tools to help them reach their big performance goals.
• Managing Ads: You will start and run powerful ad campaigns meant to help companies enter new markets quickly and grow for a long time.
• Finding Growth: You will help increase the money coming in by finding new ways for clients to expand. You'll use data to prove that their spending is actually making them a profit.
• Keeping Clients: You will make sure clients stay with the company by becoming a partner they truly need for their digital growth.
• Keeping Records: You will keep very detailed notes in our CRM software. You must make sure every update and detail about a client's account is written down perfectly.

WHO WE ARE SCOUTING FOR

• Schooling: You need a Bachelor's degree. Having a Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communications is even better.
• Languages: You must speak and write German and English perfectly. This is required to handle difficult business deals and work with people in different countries.
• Tech Skills: You should be a forward-thinker who knows how to use AI tools to make your work better and faster.
• Speaking Skills: You are great at giving presentations. You can take hard tech info and explain it simply so company bosses can take action.
• German Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of how business is done in Germany, including how to act in professional settings and following strict privacy laws (GDPR).
