We are searching for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing Ads team in Barcelona. This role involves helping high-potential Dutch companies and growing startups expand their reach using modern advertising tools. You will act as the primary consultant for the Netherlands, creating digital strategies for new partners to ensure they get the best results from the start.

Your Main Tasks: Strategic Advisory and Growth

In this position, you will design the client's first experience with our services, making sure that advertising technology leads to clear business results.

  • Campaign Setup: You will handle the technical setup and the strategic rollout of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising for a range of different Dutch clients.
  • Product Knowledge: You will be an expert on major advertising platforms, choosing and adjusting specific tools to fit the unique goals of each business.
  • Consultative Sales: You will analyze what each client needs to provide customized marketing plans that help them get a high return on their investment.
  • Increasing Revenue: You will look for hidden opportunities to grow accounts and adjust budgets to ensure your partners get the most value for their money.
  • Data Management: You will keep detailed records in the CRM system to make sure all departments can work together smoothly.

The Right Candidate: Analytical and Proactive

We want a professional who can combine strong data analysis with the communication skills needed to build trust with Dutch corporate partners.

  • University Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required. Having a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
  • Language Skills: You must be able to speak and write in both Dutch and English at a native or C2 level for professional business meetings.
  • Work Background: You need at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar role where you worked directly with clients and met your performance goals.
  • Digital Skills: You are comfortable using data-driven tools to create specific strategies and insights for your clients.
  • Market Awareness: You have a deep understanding of the Dutch business world, including local regulations like GDPR and the current digital market trends.
