The Opportunity

As the lead consultant for the Netherlands, you will plan the digital strategy for new partners, ensuring they get started correctly and achieve long-term commercial success.

Your Mission: Strategic Growth and Consulting

In this role, you are the person who designs the client's first experience, turning complex advertising technology into clear results for their business.

  • Campaign Management: You will lead the technical setup and strategic launch of high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads for a variety of Dutch companies.
  • Product Specialist: You will act as an expert on major advertising platforms, adjusting specific tools to meet the unique goals of each business.
  • Consultative Sales: You will analyze exactly what a client needs to offer custom marketing solutions that get them the best return on their investment.
  • Revenue Growth: You will look for hidden ways to expand accounts and manage budgets to ensure your partners get the most value for their money.
  • Data Management: You will keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system to make sure all teams can work together smoothly.

Candidate Profile: Analytical Skills and Proactive Leadership

We are looking for a high-level professional who is good at analyzing data and has the social skills needed to build trust with Dutch corporate partners.

  • Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required. Having a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a major advantage.
  • Language Skills: You must be fluent in both Dutch and English (Native or C2 level) for professional business negotiations.
  • Work Background: You need at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar client-facing role, with a proven history of meeting your targets.
  • Digital Skills: You are comfortable using data and analytics to create smart strategies and insights for your clients.
  • Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of Dutch business culture, regional rules like GDPR, and the current digital market in the Netherlands.
