German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

YOUR MAIN TASKS: WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this job, you will act as a senior advisor and technical expert. Your goal is to turn complicated advertising technology into real results for businesses.

• Building Portfolios: You will manage the entire process of bringing on new clients. This includes designing smart PPC (pay-per-click) plans that are customized for many different types of industries.
• Expert Advice: You will look closely at what a client needs to succeed. Then, you will give them custom digital solutions to help them reach their difficult sales goals.
• Running Campaigns: You will launch and oversee high-impact ad campaigns. These are meant to help companies enter new markets quickly and grow steadily over time.
• Increasing Revenue: You will help grow the business by finding new opportunities for clients to invest. You'll use data to prove that their investment is making money.
• Keeping Clients Happy: You will stop clients from leaving by becoming a partner they can't live without as they grow their digital business.
• Staying Organized: You will keep very careful notes in our CRM system. You must make sure every meeting and every update on a client's health is recorded perfectly.

THE RIGHT PERSON: SMART AND CULTURALLY AWARE

We are looking for people who work well in high-pressure jobs where being correct and helping the client are the most important things.

• Schooling: You need a Bachelor's degree. If you have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, that is even better.
• Languages: You must speak and write German and English perfectly (C2 level). This is required so you can handle difficult business talks and work with people in different countries.
• Tech and AI Skills: You should have a modern mindset and know how to use AI tools to make your work faster and better for your clients.
• Clear Speaking: You need to be great at giving presentations. You must be able to take complicated tech ideas and explain them simply so company bosses can take action.
• German Market Expert: You should have a deep understanding of how business works in Germany. This includes knowing how to behave in meetings and following strict privacy laws (GDPR).
