We don't just "run ads"; we build integrated funnels that scale. We are looking for a D2C Funnel Strategist to join our "GANG" and take ownership of our conversion creative engine.
The Mission
You will be the bridge between media buying and creative strategy. Your goal is to design, test, and optimize full-funnel journeys—specifically focusing on advertorials and landing pages that resonate with the unique intent of Google Ads traffic.
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 + Attractive Benefits Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the EU) Experience: 1+ Year in Performance Marketing / Copywriting
Your Responsibilities
- Creative Conception: Continuously conceptualize and build high-converting advertorials across multiple angles and personas.
- Testing Roadmaps: Structure testing cycles based on solid hypotheses rather than random ideas. You define what we test, why we test it, and what the success metrics are.
- Data Analysis: Rigorously evaluate split tests. You read CTR, CVR, and ROAS to determine not just who won, but why they won.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Identify drop-off points and align the user's transition from the ad to the page to the checkout.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Performance Marketing team to ensure technical setup and creative strategy are perfectly synced.
- Client Communication: Present your findings, test results, and future roadmaps directly to clients with confidence and clarity.
Your Profile
- The Advertorial Pro: You've written and tested so many advertorials for paid traffic that you see patterns others miss.
- Direct Response Specialist: You've mastered the craft of hooks, leads, angles, and objection handling.
- Traffic Native: You understand why Google Ads traffic requires a different psychological approach than Meta or TikTok.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't guess; you use data to drive your next move.
- AI-Savvy: You use AI to accelerate your workflow but have the critical eye to fix what the machine gets wrong.
- Language: German (C2/Native) is a must for copywriting; English (B2) for internal communication.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Health, Beauty, or Supplements niches.
- Expertise in Voice of Customer (VOC) research (analyzing reviews, support tickets, and interviews).
