We are looking for motivated Customer Advisors to join our growing banking project in Madrid. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a leading banking institution, helping customers manage their finances and navigate digital platforms with professionalism and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data privacy and adhere to banking protocols to ensure secure transactions.
  • Language Integration: Utilize your B2 Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and collaborate with local departments.

Training & Development We ensure you are fully prepared before taking live requests through a comprehensive onboarding program:

  • Initial Duration: First 5 weeks
  • Schedule: 09:00–15:00 initially, transitioning to your agreed standard schedule
  • Content: Deep dive into banking software, financial regulations, and service excellence

Working Hours & Options We offer full-time and flexible part-time contracts to fit your lifestyle. Select your preferred fixed schedule prior to starting:

  • Contract Types: 40-hour full-time standard, or 30-hour and 35-hour part-time options
  • Morning Shift: 07:00–16:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00–24:00
  • Night Shift: 22:00–07:00

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and intermediate Spanish (B2 minimum).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric tone.
  • Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude. Prior banking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Residency: Currently based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, with valid EU work authorization.
