Position Summary We are seeking a Google Ads consultant in Barcelona to drive account growth for business clients across the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage client accounts through their entire lifecycle—from discovery and onboarding to ongoing optimization, account retention, and portfolio growth.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Kickoffs: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with new corporate partners to map out target-driven ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Strategy: Engage regularly with marketing leads and executives to align business objectives with digital solutions.
- Campaign Refinement: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns—adjusting landing page links, creative copy, and audience filters.
- ROI Analysis: Evaluate analytical data to uncover actionable steps that improve client campaign performance and ROI.
- System Tracking: Accurately update customer touchpoints and upcoming opportunities in the CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Share local Dutch market perspectives to help tailor regional product strategy.
Applicant Profile
- Languages: Fluent C1/C2 Dutch proficiency with strong business English skills.
- Experience: Previous background in consultative sales, account management, or agency client support.
- Regulatory Context: Understanding of Dutch business protocols, consumer preferences, and GDPR regulations.
- Skillset: Articulate communicator, comfortable analyzing data, and adept at using digital productivity platforms.
- Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and focused on meeting growth metrics.
