Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as a digital consultant and troubleshooter for our Turkish-speaking clientele. Your daily routine will involve:

• Omnichannel Assistance: Provide exceptional service to SMEs via real-time web chat, email ticketing systems, and occasional inbound or outbound telephone calls.
• Issue Diagnosis: Investigate, analyze, and settle pre-sale and post-sale questions regarding digital marketing campaigns, profile configurations, invoicing, and system bugs.
• Product Education: Guide users on how to best leverage self-service features, boosting their proficiency and satisfaction with our digital suite.
• Pattern Detection: Spot recurring software errors or common client feedback trends, forwarding them systematically to internal developers and technical divisions.
• Information Security: Record precise and clear summaries of all customer contacts within our CRM software, remaining aligned with strict security and data protection regulations.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

• Linguistic Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish (written and verbal), combined with an intermediate-to-advanced command of English (minimum B2 level) to handle training modules, internal tools, and corporate communication.
• Geographic Presence: This is an exclusively on-site role in Lisbon. You must already live in Portugal and hold valid local employment authorization. (Please note: Remote work options and relocation incentives are not available for this vacancy).
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable operating across several monitors, messaging software, and social media platforms simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Willing to work within a fluid environment that utilizes rotating shift rosters, which includes occasional weekend coverage.

Preferred Qualifications
