The Project: Premium Financial Support

You will represent one of Germany's premier commercial banking institutions. This project is dedicated to providing high-end support for daily banking operations, digital platforms, and general financial inquiries. As a trusted point of contact for German-speaking clients, you will ensure every transaction and request is managed with maximum security and professionalism.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Banking Assistance: Support clients with inquiries regarding private accounts, credit card management, and online banking portals.
  • Transaction Guidance: Help users navigate wire transfers, standing orders, and digital wallet configurations.
  • Conflict & Security Resolution: Address critical issues such as lost/stolen cards, unauthorized account activity, and general security protocols.
  • Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to banking products or financial services tailored to their specific needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to European banking laws and GDPR standards to protect client confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for polished professionals who prioritize discretion and clear communication.

  • Linguistic Skills: Native or C2-level German proficiency, with a minimum of B2-level English.
  • Professional Background: Experience in insurance, banking, or high-level customer service is a plus, but not required. We provide world-class, fully paid training.
  • Communication Style: A high degree of professionalism, a polite phone manner, and the ability to handle sensitive data.
  • Availability: Prepared for a 40-hour work week.
  • Location: Must be ready to work 100% on-site at our modern operations hub in Porto.
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
