Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping people? We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor to join our elite support team. As a Remote Advisor, you are the face (and voice) of the brand. You will assist customers with everything from setting up their new high-end devices to troubleshooting software issues and managing account security. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Provide world-class support via phone, chat, and email to Czech-speaking customers.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through step-by-step solutions for hardware, software, and digital service inquiries (e.g., cloud storage, media subscriptions, and device syncing).
- Relationship Building: Listen actively to understand customer needs, showing empathy and patience while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Problem Ownership: Manage your own "case-load," ensuring follow-ups are completed and complex issues are escalated to the right departments when necessary.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately document all customer interactions in our internal CRM system to ensure a seamless experience for the user.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Mastery: You must be native or C2 level in Czech with a strong command of English (B2/C1) for training materials and internal communication.
- Tech Enthusiasm: You don't need to be a computer scientist, but you should be comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and various OS environments.
- Remote Readiness: You have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Soft Skills: You are a natural "people person" with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but it is not a requirement. We provide comprehensive, paid training to set you up for success.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Residency: You must currently live in Portugal and possess a valid NIF and work permit (if applicable).
- Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including some weekends or holidays, within the service operating hours.
