As a Customer Success Advisor, you are the essential link between a global tech giant and its users. Your goal is to turn every request into a positive experience through expert help and kind problem-solving.

• Omnichannel Engagement: Support users via phone, email, and live chat, acting as an expert on search tools and digital features.
• Analytical Resolution: Identify and fix technical hurdles or account issues with precision and speed.

• Guaranteed Pay: A base salary of €1,000 gross/month, paid 14 times per year (includes summer and winter bonuses).
