About the job French Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

In this role, you do more than just answer phones; you will represent a leading Global Payment Solutions provider. You will help businesses and individuals manage their digital transactions, making sure their financial experience is smooth, safe, and successful.
Your Responsibilities
- Expert Help: Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with payment questions, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Look into and fix problems with transactions, billing errors, and account security while being helpful and accurate.
- Security Focus: Follow strict rules for data privacy and fraud prevention to keep every transaction safe.
- Customer Support: Act as the link between users and the technical team, sharing feedback to help improve the payment platform.
- Efficiency: Handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment while staying professional and friendly.
Who We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: You are fluent or native in French and have a strong command of English (B2 level) for team meetings and training.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using several digital tools and software programs at the same time.
- Helpful Mindset: You enjoy helping people and can stay calm and professional even when it's busy.
- Experience: You don't need a background in finance or customer service to apply. We provide full, paid training to teach you everything!
- Location: You already live in Lisbon or are ready to move to this beautiful capital city.
Pay & Benefits
We offer a stable and attractive package to reward your hard work:
- Base Salary: €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
- Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 monthly bonus for being reliable and on time.
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per work day (paid tax-free on a meal card).
