Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you'll act as a senior advisor and tech expert, turning complex ad tech into real business results.

• Building Portfolios: Manage the setup of new accounts and design smart PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies for different industries.
• Strategic Consulting: Analyze client needs and use custom digital solutions to beat tough performance targets.
• Managing Campaigns: Launch and run high-impact ads focused on quick market entry and long-term growth.
• Growing Revenue: Find ways to expand accounts by showing clear ROI (Return on Investment) through data.
• Client Retention: Build strong relationships so clients see you as an essential partner in their success.
• Keeping Records: Keep your CRM data organized and accurate at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in Marketing or Business is a plus.
• Languages: You must speak fluent German and English (C2 level) to handle technical talks and international teamwork.

• Great Communication: You can explain complex digital ideas simply to company executives.
• German Market Knowledge: You understand how business works in Germany, including local etiquette and GDPR privacy rules.
